Transactions downloaded but none to review

I was trying to figure out why one of my accounts seemed not to be clearing checks. It was getting a "checkmark" on one-step update, but the checks weren't clearing. So I went to the bank's website and manually downloaded the Quicken file and all the outstanding checks were marked as cleared.

When I looked at the details for the download from the bank it said "Four transactions downloaded, none to review" and, indeed, there were four transactions pending that got 'fixed' when I downloaded by hand.

What causes that and what can I do about it? Is there some way to force quicken to 'review' the downloaded transactions [I'm assuming that the four that Quicken saw were the four that I downloaded by hand].

By any chance is the account in question at US Bank? They're having problems, which the bank has acknowledged, with their downloads to Q.

No, this one is StellarOne. But they've been having problems so maybe it is just messed up on their end... /b\
