Hi, Does anyone know of an A5 receipt which I could download and use with RMS on the Epson TMC-100 printer? I have been unable to change to 40 column or A4 and get them to work.
I would be grateful of any help / advice. Many Thanks Matt

hi Matt,
its very easy please follow the instructions:
- Log to store manager program
- Go to Database then Register
- Go to Receipt Formats and make sure both of these are exists the 40 column and full page size if not you have to create new and attached the any relavant format available with RMS.
- Then go to Register and Register List and then click the register properties.
- Cliick the Receipt Printer 1 and select the format you have just gone through in step 3.
- For the printer option it is depned you wanted to use the windows printer driver or default drivers of POS program.
