Poping Cashdrawer with no receipt printer

Hi guys



another question for you all I have a customer which is using standard A4 hp2300 instead of epson thermal printers, problem is that normally the receipt printer pops the cashdrawer.



I have got the receipt printer to pop from the DigiPoS Retail Blade but it will not work in RMS any help.

What kind of connection do you have from the cash drawer to the CPU? Is it through the printer or direct serial connection? If its direct, you might want to setup using "Configure Mircosoft OPOS Service Objects" found in RMS directory.
