For adding a store logo, I know that it must be in bitmap format, but what does the size need to be...the file size, and the picture size? I am using an Epson printer if this matters...I don't know why an Epson...just what we got when we got RMS. :)
Hi, i am using Epson printers TM 88 iii , and any logo size and format is working on it fine just it is getting slow when it is printing the ( logo )

According to the below KB, it has to be a monochrome (black & white) bitmap (.bmp), no more than 20k in size. You will need to modify the physical size so that it fits on the receipt.
