I have set up the tenders in RMS as Credit Card and have configured a cherry keyboard to submit the information from the card swipe. This all works well, but I cannot seem to enter in the approval code, what option must I select so that the cashier can enter the number?

Hi,
Approval Code is a response code from your merchant processor confirming that they have received/processed the transaction. From the merchant's end, we don't input the approval code.
