We just purchased one HQ and three SO. While we were still implementing RMS, Owner decided to close all the stores. So, can we sell our licenses if so how can we transfer licenses?

I think you sell on ebay. I just bought license for my second station on e bay and It is working fine.

Note of advice: when you violate a software license agreement, it's not wise to post your email address so the cops can find you so easily. :)
