I have tried to reboot my machine and only one it will print all future print jobs say "Printer Cover is Open" Then when I go into the Operations Management section and try to look up a customer history and try to reprint a receipt it give me a "printer error" as the caption and "Unknown Error" in the Message Field. I have two of these printers and both give me the same problem. Help! Any Suggestions!
