After finishing a transaction the cash drawer does not open. I remember I was suppose to checkmark a box that opens the cash drawer after a transaction but I don't remember where it was.

SO Manager> Database> Tender Types> Properties> Check box> OK to save changes.
Note - each station must Z-Out for changes to take effect.
Note that if you are using Windows drivers (as opposed to OPOS) you may have to set it in one of the printer properties menu tabs.
