Does anyone know if there is any way to have an "alert" when there is more than $XXX.XX amount of cash in the cash drawer?

New West Technologies offers it as part of their Loss Prevention add-on.

YOu may also want to try the Retail Realm "RR Store Utilities" which has a whole lot of add-ons for the store. One of whih is the "Drop Notification" by terminal and payment types. For more information and demo version of software vcontat me.
