I am trying to save comments on workorders using ctrl+f10 i can type the comments and it appears i tender and save changes, however when i go back to the work order the comments are gone. I reallly need the comments to document what instruction the customer has provides and to document what has been done

It might be as simple as a setting. Using RMS? In Manager, go to File -> configuration -> Options -> POS Options "record Item comments" the default is not usually set to save them.
