Is anybody anywhere using RMS 2.0 and able to process Debit Cards with a PIN Pad? I have been unable to get past the Error 19 Reenter.
Do we need to buy additional softeare? Do we need to change processors?

We are successfully using RMS 2.0 with the Ingenico I6550 Signature Pad and PinPad and successfully process Debit and Credit with no additional software.
