I did have such problems with pc charge. But you re using the
integration which should work flawlessly, again integrations are not
easy to resolve especially credit card problems. I doubt micrsosoft will
help you with this even if you open an paid incident call.
I did setup a customer today with vital and I m trying to duplicate that
error but I can't.
Is the pc setup with a static ip and dns address. Try using this dns
address 22.214.171.124 its opendns.org sometimes we had trouble with pc
charge recognizing the right dns address. So we put the pc with the
above dns address. Never had a problem after we made the change.
