Delay in the First Credit Card Transaction of the day

Hello,
I have 3 stores and all of them are experiencing the same problem. The first credit card transaction of the day seems to take a much longer time to
complete/process. Does anyone else have this issue? The delay is about 1 minute but they always go through.
Could this be a problem lying the credit card processor? Is there anyway to solve this problem? It's just a little awkward that the customer is standing right in front of the cashier and waiting that long for credit card transaction to go through.

We have had this same issue at a few locations for sometime now. No resolution we have found yet.

We have the exact same problem with one of our clients. They just run a transaction every morning for 10 cents with a comapny credit card, and that seems to work for them. But it is a problem, that must be addressed.

Are you suing pc charge, if yes it is archiving the database

I did have such problems with pc charge. But you re using the integration which should work flawlessly, again integrations are not easy to resolve especially credit card problems. I doubt micrsosoft will help you with this even if you open an paid incident call.
I did setup a customer today with vital and I m trying to duplicate that error but I can't.
Is the pc setup with a static ip and dns address. Try using this dns address 208.68.220.220 its opendns.org sometimes we had trouble with pc charge recognizing the right dns address. So we put the pc with the above dns address. Never had a problem after we made the change.

Haha - Good call Ryan!!! I was just reading through this wondering what versions people were running, cc processors and even lane counts (should not really matter, but sometimes does).
I know Tom is on the most recent v and I think is on the TSYS platform - I wonder if he is having like issues.
