Dongle Issue

Hi All -

We have a licensed 1.2 copy of POS since 2004. Suddently our dongle stopped working. It doesn't work at all. We've tried to reseat it and still nothing works.

We recently deleted past transactions and rebuild the database indexes but other than that nothing has changed.

Any ideas?

Jerry, Is this a USB or Parallel dongle? If a Parallel, the dongle has probably gone bad. If USB try installing the latest updates for the Rainbow Sentinel SuperPro drivers here:
