Dongle Question

Hi -

We have a second cash register that won't come out of Evaluation Mode, but the main cash register/database works fine, what can cause this? I assumed there was a dongle issue but now I wonder about the network interface or network issue?

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Something simple, just in case it was overlooked - make sure the PC with the dongle boots first. Have you tried re-installing the Sentinel (dongle) software?
