If you speak SQL, you can change the values in the following tables. Role, RolePrivileges,PrivilegeGroup,PrivilegePrivilegeGroup. You'll want to update roleprivileges, set "allow" to true, but you'll have to translate the priv id's from the last two tables to make sense of it.
