hi there. my printer couldn't not print and prompt this error msg box out.
"Invalid Operation 425 : The printer cannot be accessed. It maybe locked by another application."
what does this error 425 means?? pls help asap. thanks

yes. im using an opos printer from partner tech with the driver as well. im just running RMS. nothing else.

if you have Manager and POS open at the same time, there's a setting in Manger, File/Configuration/Options that says "Share the OPOS Printer with other programs". You need to check that.
If only one of the two is open, you have probably used the wrong device name for the printer and RMS can't find the name you gave it.

Your printer is an opos printer? Do you have another software that running on your pc ?

How many times does this happen? When you're printing, is your Store Manager open? You might not have closed the POS application properly. And if Manager is open while you're printing, try closing your manager then, launch your POS and create a transaction. See if the error is still there.
