INVALID OPERATION 425?

I HAVE AN EPSON TM-T88IIIP POS PRINTER AND WHEN I TRY TO PRINT A RECEIPT I GET INVALID OPERATION 425 THE PRINTER CANNOT BE ACCESSED IT MAY BE LOCKED BY ANOTHER APPLICATION?

Do you have it set to share the OPOS in SO Mgr config? This is under SO Mgr> File> Config> Options> POS Options> 'Share the OPOS printer with other applications'.

I will dig in my notes. This used to happen with the last company I was working with, and I feel like it had something to do with multiple Windows users, having the SO Mgr or POS open on one user and then switching users w/out logging off. Also, we used to see it a lot when SO Mgr was open at the same time as POS. What Version are you running?

You are using an OPOS install for your Epson, correct? Latest ADK version?

Did you ever get this problem solved? We are experiencing the same problem. We have 14 different locations all running on the same hardware and software and only one is having this problem.
