For the past 3 days I've had some periodic problems with credit unable to get out for verification. When this happens I also notice internet pages load very slowly. I am running a server in the back office with MS 2003 server OS. And two computerized registers at the frontline. The DB never disconnects, so it seems like the internal network is stable. I know there could be many things causing this, but can anyone think of something obvious? The server has a static IP address, the registers use DHCP provided by the Linksys router. The wan comunication is provided by a cable connection.
