No. The Offline Snyc process is supposed to move everything you need into the offline database, so you don't need any pre-existing information.

Problems with the offline database syncing up after the Z-Report usually come down to security/firewall issues on the registers or SQL logins lacking sufficient rights. Those aren't the only possible issues of course, but they are by far the most common...
