Hi When configure de database offline . The Database Offline is backup to the Database Primary or is better create a new Database from black.

No. The Offline Snyc process is supposed to move everything you need into the offline database, so you don't need any pre-existing information.
Problems with the offline database syncing up after the Z-Report usually come down to security/firewall issues on the registers or SQL logins lacking sufficient rights. Those aren't the only possible issues of course, but they are by far the most common...

What error message, the same listed?
