Hello All: I am able to scan the Item at POS, but unable to locate it in anyway in the DataBase. My Item lookup for that specific style is w8900552, and w8900752. When I scan to seel At POS no problem, it appears normally. I go to DB to search under all fields, none is found. Any Idea Thanks

Do you have 'automatically display find window' ticked in the configuration? If you do, uncheck it and restart manager and you should be able to see the matrix items. Assembly items are like that too. Craig
