Not really sure what happened tonight... one of my employees ran the z report. When she did, she got a message that POS "Synchronized the database". When she tried to log out it said that the cashier could not be found.
She shut everything down and when I tried to bring everything back up, the system couldn't find any registers which I fixed that doing a qry. However, now it says that the cashier can't be found.
By best guess is that there was a glitch and the system syncd the database with the offline database which didn't have any cashers (is that how that works??). So, now I have the problem of not being able to get into manager (I, as a casher, am lost as well) to try to fix anything... Any suggestions from anyone on how to fix this??
