I have set up a number of marcos assigned to Function keys, but though they function fine when triggering them with the mouse, you can't use them via a Keystroke. ie Alt F11. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Macro Keys no functioning via Keystroke

were they created with a mouse? try creating them with the keyboard only.
First guess would be that you have a programmable keyboard and some of the function key combinations have been mapped to other functions in the keyboard itself. Second guess would be sticky keys. Either way, I'm thinking it's hardware - try actually switching to a new keyboard and see if you still have the same problem.
Glenn, I have tried all the suggestions with no luck. I can't establish a macro that can be initiated via keystroke for any of the Alt; or CNTL:Alt F1-F12 keys. When the keystocks are used, the screen will blink once but the result doesn't occur. A simple example is a key to for New Customer Discount of 5% off total sale with a reason code of Ncust assigned to Alt:F3 Any other suggestions greatly appreaciated. Thanks,
