I keep getting a message in the Store Operations POS that the tenders are not setup. I have added my different tender types in the manager and shutdown then reloaded the pos -- however, no joy. The help message doesn't really tell me what the problem is. I have even tried to duplicate what the sample DB that comes with the system has. Any ideas?

Generate Z Report.
You need to run a Z at each POS terminal for the changes to go into effect. Craig
Sorry -- once I actually woke up and realized what you were saying --- done. Thank you guys for your help on this. I am sure I will have more as I move through this setup process. Any and all pointers are very much welcome. We will be opening a beverage store with 12 lanes and ultimately (a couple of months down the road), two locations.

Who sold you your system they should have covered all of this. Use a reseller that is what we are for.
Do understand and it is good you are that way nice to have someone on staff that can understand/handle things. But a couple of hours of Dealer time is more than worth the money in what you can learn.
