Hello, I just installed RMS and PC Charge for credit card process. It works fine individually.
at POS screen; when customer pays with credit card, I choose tender type Credit Card and credit card input prompt pops up. when card is swiped receipt prints. Transaction is over at RMS but I don't see the transaction on PC charge. any idea?
