We have just installed pc charge pro on our main terminal and it works fine. We have installed pc client on our other two terminals and we are having difficulty getting the reciept to print. We have installed our printers as printers instead of OPOS printers but are still having trouble. Does anyone have any solutions for this. We have Star printers at all of our terminals

You might need to setup your Star printers to use OPOS drivers instead of Windows. Are the other 2 terminals you reffered to ring up sales through POS or used to access RMS manager?
We actually have our printers set up to use OPOS Drivers because the two terminals are used for ringing up sales through POS. Microsoft tech support suggested I uninstall the pc client on these two computers and reinstall it again. They said it should not be asking for a printer path when intsalling so I will try that tonight. Thanks for your response
