Hi I am having trouble getting my RMS V1.2 to talk to PC-Charge Express V5.7.1 does anyone have any suggestions?
Basically when I run a transaction it says 'user not found'...

I don't think PC-Charge express can be used as an integrated solution - it only works stand alone non-integrated. You would need to upgrade to their standard version or we offer a comprable product.
