is there any way to make the logo on the receipt better I have an epson t88iii and it prints my logo but in very poor quality?

If you are referring to poor resolution I had a similar problem and dropped it in the too hard basket. However, 1 point I noticed when I tried to resize the image was (I think) the logo in RMS will resize any image to fit a standard range.
