We are using RMS 1.2 (shame on us!).
When we issue a quote without a customer name, and later set the customer based upon a discount card number, the discount is not recognized by RMS (whether we choose to override the discount or not).
What would help us is if we could restore from a quote back to a regular transaction. The help text says we can hit ctrl-F1 from a quote to return back to a regular transaction, but we receive an error code instead. "invalid operation 437".
Anyone have a suggestion? Has this been fixed in the newer releases?
