I think I have quite an odd situation regarding RMS. I have 2 stores: Airport store and Downtown store. The Airport store cannot receive returns through mail (security reasons) nor walk-in (because it is behind the security check line). So all Airport Returns need to go to the Downtown store. But if the returns are processed in the Downtown store, they do not reflect the sales returns in the Airport store's sales report.
I have an HQ server in the Downtown store. The Airport store database is located in the Airport store in one of the registers.
Can I process the Airport returns directly to the Airport store database through the HQ server? Or is there anyway to process the returns so that they will reflect in the Airport store's sales report?
