I noticed that when we we have voids and returns, they get added together on one line item (Returns) our Z register tape. Is there a way to somehow separate voids and returns? I talked to our POS system vendor and he was not much help. I'd appreciate any comments or advice.

I concur that this is an issue. To me a "voided sale" is a sale that didn't happen...and not a "return"
