Hi All, I have been pose a unique challanges and was hoping someone have a solution or a work-around for this. This prospect owns a fishing pond and wishes to charges his customer based on the time spent on fishing. example: A customer walks through the gate and get issued a ticket (probably with a time stamp). When he/she is done, presents the ticket to the counter and RMS calculated the time and charges accordingly. Thank you in Advance, Kathryn

Retail Realm did a development for left luggage at Dubai Airport (DNATA) using RMS. In this case the passenger comes and is registered and a number of bags are taken to storage. For each bag a ticket is printed with the time of entrance. The passenger tells the person roughly how many hours they wish to leave it there. The customer then leaves with one or more tags. The system then informs the users when it is within nnn minutes before the passenger is due to come back so they prepare his luggage and bring it to the front. When the customer actually come to pick he luggage the system compares the arrival time and the luggage delivery time and based on that calculates the price. The price can be per minute, or hours, or day, or week, or month etc... I believe this paid add-on will also address your customers need. If you wish to know more contact me.
