Gents, I have a store logo that I want to add to my receipts but it does not show up on the receipts when printed. It does show up from the journal and printer properties, just doesn't print. Anyone else have this issue or know a solution? Thanks again!

Sam, I also have the same issue. From my research I have determined it is due to the OPOS driver. Many sources said it was because the logo was too large or in the wrong format. I tried everything recommended and nothing made a difference. If you really must have your logo on the receipt(for me it was more of a if I could it would be nice, rather than a requirement) you will probably have to use windows drivers rather than OPOS. Craig
