We charge customers for shipments. They receive a statement with their shipment but we'd like to have a receipt in our journal for another record of the sale. We are currently set to not print receipts so there isn't a journal receipt. If we change the setting to print a receipt, but don't have a receipt printer attached, will it try to print, hang up the system, etc.? Or, will it assume it's printed and give us our journal copy.
