Hello all, Hopefully someone can help me out. We just went live 2 days ago with RMS. My problem is when the Tender screen comes up if I hit enter key the system locks up and becomes non responsive. As a result I believe I have to restart the POS and I think I lose the transaction. When I run my Z report I am consistendly over. Can you help?
