I would like to upgrade to the Ingenico I6550 that is supported my MS. Evidently my current CC Merchant does not support this hardware. Any suggestions for a good merchant that does? I have tried some of the suggestions from MS but these companies no longer support Ingenico.

I know of a company that actually uses the Ingenico Exclusively. They sell it at there cost to there merchants, There only requirement is that you use TPI which they provide to everyone I have spoken to at no cost. drop me a line with your info and I will get you in contact with them.

We had a lot of problems getting our Merchant "Services" contact to help us. We are with BofA so we use Vital/TSYS. We had to threaten to leave before they escalated us to someone helpful in management who got us encrypted. I haven't successfully tested yet but thought I'd let you know that while our merch services company told us that the device is not supported that did not mean that they weren't capable of doing the encryption. What it meant was that Vital's support staff doesn't have scripts for troubleshooting the i6550, hence, it's "not supported".
