Hello, I'm still working on converting my setup to RMS and my next obstacle to tackle is the possible migration and integration of some of my POS hardware.
I have 5 POS stations with Everest Plus pinpads that were acquired for our current system. Rather than throw the baby out with the bath water, I was hoping to get RMS and the pinpads to work together.
However, I have only seen any reference to the PinPad 1000SE and RMS. So, I believe that I might be in a spot of trouble. However, explicity supported versus related hardware that can work are two different stories (here's to hoping!).
The Everest Plus is OPOS compliant, as the drivers and requisite software are already present on the machines. I was wondering if someone else had already had experience with this scenario and could provide any insight.
I'm going to tinker around a bit today, but if anybody has some caveats or info to save me a headache, I'd be very grateful.
