when i print labels in MS point of sale with the preset setting for my LP2824...it chops off the description at the bottom of the label. It is supposed to be set to 2"wide by 1" tall (and i have the 2x1 labels direct from zebra) but the way it is printing, the labels would need another 1/4" in height or so.
