Invoice Numbering

For some reason my invoice numbers are coming up with a dash, e.g.

1234-5. QB2003. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what to do to get rid of the dash number please.

Someone previous created an invoice and numbered it with a dash. All you need to do is create a NEW invoice, change the number back to a sequence without a dash and save the invoice. QuickBooks is a last state saved as far as invoice numbers is concerned.

Can I take a set of accounts prepared on QuickBooksPro for non-profit organisations and look at it with a "normal" version of QBPro?

Thanks for your help Gary.

AFAIK yes, as long as they are the same version of QB and the same revision. If it is like QB Pro and Basic, you will not be able to see or use the "special" features of the premium version, but the raw data should be fine.

Yes you should be able to do that. The biggest difference in the versions industry specific are reporting ones. Pro isn't available for specific industry in US Premier is but still should work. Make a backup and try that first to make sure you get what you want.
