On Line Banking Error OL-22

Just restored QBPro 2005 from one disk to another. Now have an error on my online banking OL-22 (try later). Anyone have any thoughts regarding ability to connect again to financial institution.

Hard to believe but my financial institution was not online. First time I've had this problem. Had nothing to do with file restore.
