I am currently unable to install the most recent update from QB2005. It downloaded fine but I get the error Update Installer Not Available Error 1612. I went to the support site and followed the directions to get rid of this error but still got it anyways. Went to the site and downloaded the manual update to run and I still get the same error. I am on Windows XP Professional with the most recent fixpacks installed. I do recall having problems even getting 2005 to install because I had
2004 on it but I was able to get through it with support eventually. Any thoughts on how I might solve the problem at hand? Spencer
