QuickBooks Community buggy website?

I likethe idea of a public forum visible to Intuit, but I can not stand howbuggy the site is.



Does anybody else here use that website? Have you noticed this site takes forever to load images, if at all? Makes using the site a challenge. Besides the distraction of ongoing browser animation in Firefox and Internet Explorer, it's hard to tell which links do what. I've found that I need to hover an unloaded image, for example, to see the "Reply to message" tooltip, and THEN I know what the link does.



Ugh.

I have been using it for over a year now and have had no problems. I have no browser animation with FireFox (too distracting) and everything is fine.

Just to clarify, by animation I meant the browser animation, i.e. the spinning circle of dots in Firefox, and in IE it's the spinning globe. The only reason I'm seeing that is because the browser is waiting for images to load, which will eventually time out.

I just tried it in IE though and it worked, blazingly fast too. Strange, I said to myself, and then I tried it in Firefox 2.0. No go. The banner images like "Intuit" and "QuickBooks" load as expected, but the button images never load.

I though I'd tried IE already....
