When a report is printed, there's a selection to make it 1 page wide.
When a report is memorized, I can't figure out how this setting is saved. Some memorized reports seem to keep / have the setting and others don't and don't seem to want to remember it.
What's the secret to making a report print 1 page wide without having to select that each time?
Thanks,
Fred

Try going to "File" on the menu, then go to "Printer Setup." From there select reports in the drop down box and modify how you want them to print. Hope this helps.

Leo,
Yes it helped. Thank you!
If the reports don't automatically come up this way (as you've suggested setting things up) then I've now learned that:
You must *actually print* the report with the 1-page wide selection made and
*then* memorize it in order for the check box setting to be part of the Memorized Transaction! So, doing it your way appears to assure that the report selection will be there anyway so that you don't have to go do that printing for setting / memorizing.
However, I imagine if you ever turned off the File / Print / Report setting for 1-page then the otherwise memorized transactions would "forget" the setting *unless* you had printed the report at some time. Not a likely case but worth noting I suppose.
