Alerts Setup Won't Save

I'm using Quicken 2005 Premier and I'm having trouble saving new Alerts settings. I go into the Alerts Setup and make changes then press OK. But the next time I check the settings I find that none of my changes have been saved. Any idea what might be causing this problem? Thanks, Don
