Can I still add business features to Q2006?

May 31, 2008 2 Replies

Heh.... I'm 99% sure the answer to this is "NO!", but I figured I'd ask.

I really don't want to upgrade to 2008, given all the horror stories here, until and unless I'm forced to by Intuit's sunset provisions. And even then, maybe I'll just move to MS Money if quicken is still FUBARd.

But, I tried using the "Add business features", and the website won't let me. I would assume since it's three years old, I'm out of luck?

You can try buying 2006, or 2007 H&B on eBay.

But note, ALL versions of 2006 are expected to sunset next April, and all versions of 2007 in April 2009.

Lastly, you can try waiting until H&B 2009 comes out, probably in August.

Yeah I know. And that sucks, because, from what I've read here and around the 'Net, 2008 blows chunks.

Thanks, Intuit, for ruining a product I've used since

1990. You douchebags.

Oh yay.... upgrading to the .0 release of something!!!

Uncontained joy!!!!!!

(yes, I know you're trying to be helpful. I'm pissed at Intuit, not you).
