Change in online tranfer procedure?

Jun 25, 2005 3 Replies

A week ago I did an online xfer of funds between two bank accounts. I just did the same thing to day. But now, OXfr does not show up in the check number column and there is no lightening bolt to indicate that it is an online function. What gives? I was able to download my cleared transactions.

The transfer must be specified as Online and have today's date. The OXfr shows up in the transfer "from" account. If you did something differently, you can make the date the current date and type in the OXfr and then connect to to make the transfer happen (if both accounts have been set up for this support).

I use the online center which has always in the past entered the transaction in such a way that an online transfer of funds takes place. Also, all of my bank accounts are activated for online. I even unactived and reactivated but nothing. Last weekend it worked fine. I was out of town all week and today was the first time that I enen started Quicken since it last worked. Something is hosed.

Although I have no further ideas, others may want to know what version you are runing and what, if any, error messages you recieve when you make specific failed attempts. Of course Intuit may also have some ideas for you to try (reinstall, upgrade, format your disk, pray, start over with a new file, etc.)
