Changed my Internet Banking log in ID

I recently changed the log in ID on my internet banking. Previously it had been my SSN which was required when I set it up. When I run One Step Update, Quicken doesn't recognize that the previous account (6713) and the current account (JF) are the same. It has also split my savings account. Any thought and suggestions would be appreciated.

I continue to run One Step to download transactions. Today I realized there have not been updates for over two weeks. I have all of the data in Excel, but I like the reporting functions of Quicken.

I really need your help.
