Mortgage payment details view payment schedule button disappears

I can see the problem in Q2020 Home, Business & Rental Property R32.12 (Windows 10 Pro). I only use release R32.12 for testing at the moment; I regularly use Q2020 R26.17, and I do not see the problem in that release.

In addition to the two buttons on the loan Payment Details screen whose usefulness is adversely affected, the option to "Show Payment Graph" is similarly adversely affected.

In fact, after I experienced the problem following several exits/re-starts of Quicken, the problem with the two buttons appeared to go away (I have no idea why) - those two buttons are now working as intended even after exiting and re-starting Quicken (I have not tried re-starting Windows). But the "Show Payment Graph" option is still basically inoperable.

Until Quicken does something about the problem, there are simple workarounds for each of the three separate problems.

- Full Payment Schedule is available in the register Account Actions dropdown - and can also be added to the register "Action Bar"

- Show Payment Graph is available in the register Account Actions dropdown - and can also be added to the register "Action Bar"

- Edit Payment Details can be accessed by clicking the blue "edit" link alongside the loan "monthly payment" amount (near the top right on all four loan account screens).
