Downloading bank statements

I download my bank statements. They is a red flag beside account telling me to reconcile account (Normal) BUT the downloaded items are no where to be seen. If I click the online icon on top of screen there are there. IF I ask to compare to account nothing happens. Always worked fine until this weekend. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. I deleted all temp internet files in explorer as suggested . no change Tks don

I had the same thing happen a few weeks ago. In a previous post, I explained what I do when I have inconsistencies in downloads. Basically, it is to delete the folder "c:\Documents and settings\All Users\Application Data\Intuit\Quicken". Then, I perform a repair installation. It is one of the options in the installation process. That fixed my problem, and has fixed other Quicken problems in the past.
