Hello Again: As use QW 2003 version. I believe we have a unique problem that will require someone with more knowledge than I about quicken.
I input data into the investment register, then transfer the Dividends, interest, etc. into a brokerage or credit union account. The next time I enter the investment account the dividends, interest are not listed any more but the entries are made in the account to where I transferred the money to. This has been an on going problem, it requires a lot of work to delete the entries in the savings account then re-enter the amounts in the investment register and again transfer the money.
I am trying to figure if I have a software problem or a hardware malfunction?
Any ideas how I may get a solution to this dilema, Thank-You
