Oddity with Q2016 R5

So using q2016 R5 with chase and OSU....

My balance is fine - as a matter of fact since this happens, I did a QFX downaload and I'm good to go.

But now if I do a one step update, it redownloads about 20 transactions - now showing blank in the reconciled column, REALLY messing up my balance.

Any suggestions on what to do?

There's no rhyme or reason to what transactions it re downloads (that I can see...)

Thanks :)

Anyone? No suggestions? :(

So googling, I see some suggestions to enable Downloaded ID. I did, and see duplicate transactions with the same ID. No solution though on what the cause of this is or the fix... :(

Not sure you should expect some simple fix: there's not enough information to determine the source of the problem, for starters.

I think you should provide: _ The name of the financial institution exactly as it appears in Quicken (see the Online Services tab of the Edit Account Details dialog for the account) _ The "Connection Method" (found in the same place as the fi name) _ And a sample of the actual downloaded data as found in the Quicken OFX Log. See Help > Log Files > OFX Log. Use the "Save as" button to save the log as a TXT file which you can examine in Notepad or some such. Verify that at least one of the duplicates is actually in the OFX Log. You can look for that same "Downloaded ID" the you displayed in Quicken - it will be identified with the OFX tag in the OFX Log. You can also look for amounts: an amount of $123.45 would appear as 123.45 in the OFX Log, probably with a tag of .
